The Flat Tax is not only for close family members but for other relatives as well

Are you looking for a spouse visa? The Non-Dom regime can be extended to one or more relatives (Art. 433 of the Italian Civil Code): spouse, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, parents, other ascendants, grandparents, great-grandparents, parents-in-law, brothers, sisters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, as long as they are in possession of the same requirements as the individual that exercises the option.

In this case, each family member will have to pay a flat-rate tax of only € 25,000.00.

The Flat Tax is a benefit offered uniquely by Italy and allows individuals to keep the family together while saving large amounts of money thanks to the full exemption from inheritance and donation tax for all the properties and assets existing abroad.
